Mike Huckabee, Former U.S. Republican Presidential Hopeful

Time: 2008 Jun 18 12:00 - 13:30
Summary:

Professional Luncheon,
Mike Huckabee,
Former U.S. Republican Presidential Hopeful & Former Governor of Arkansas

Language:

The speech and Q & A will be in English with simultaneous Japanese interpretation.

Description:

The former Republican presidential hopeful will visit the FCCJ June 18 and is certain to comment on the U.S. election campaign and the presumptive party nominees, Senator John McCain and Senator Barack Obama. With the Republican McCain yet to select his vice presidential nominee, Mike Huckabee is among those considered in the running, calling the position a job no one could refuse but one that needs to be offered.

Growing up in the same Arkansas town as former President Bill Clinton and also holding the same post of state governor, Huckabee couldn't be farther away on the political spectrum as a conservative Republican. But Huckabee's strong showings in the Republican primaries in the U.S. South have made him a man to watch ahead of the party convention this summer and key election in November.

Make your reservations early for the closest Tokyo will come to tales from the U.S. presidential campaign trail.
