Make Your Own Taco (Roasted Pork in Tomatillo Sauce, Shrimp a la Diabla,
Chicken Ranchero, Mushrooms al Ajillo, Carne Asada, and Tortillas.
Condiments: Coriander, Onion, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Guacamole, Cheese,
Sour Cream and Lettuce,) Tortillas Chips, Mexican Rice, Refried Beans,
Tortilla Soup, Pozole, Sea Food Salad with coriander Dressing, Tijuana
Caesar Salad, Desserts and Coffee.

If June 29 happens to be your or one of your family members' birthday,
please let the staff know at least three days before so arrangements can
be made for a complimentary birthday cake for children and a bottle of
wine for adults.
We will also be offering some great door prizes along with the
stamp-book incentive system that lets you earn free brunches at the FCCJ.
