On Nov. 3 the FCCJ will welcome His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, to speak again at our club after a 28-year absence. This will be his second visit to the FCCJ and twelfth to Japan.

To help us plan properly, please reserve in advance (still & TV cameras inclusive, 3211-3161). The charge for members/guests is 1,700/2,600 yen for the hot plate (stuffed roast half-chicken with gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli, green salad & bread). Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the event for Associate members and guests, and one hour prior for working press members (by telephone only on the day of the event).
